    Our drive threw order was 2 double cheese burgers plain. we received them both with ketchup, mustard & pickles. I brought them back and asked for new ones. The chashier looked so puzzled. Then she barked at me "you want ONLY! BUN! & CHEESE!!!" I said calmly to her "noooo, hamburger patties tooooooooo"

    Long wait time every time. Really loooong wait time. Even when its not busy.

    This place has pretty consistent service. Staff are usually very friendly and the quality is good.

    Order is wrong 99% of the time. Even when its not busy.

    Service was great but food was brutal. French fries passed the muster but the burger was so disappointing and the Sunday was tasteless and plastic. It used to be my favourite. Sad day for me...
